I'm Ricardo Bolaños, a proud family man, avid cyclist, and CEO of our company. I'm excited to introduce you to our world of exceptional construction services.
As a father to my wonderful son Santi and a devoted family man, I understand the importance of creating spaces that bring families together. Our company is founded on the values of integrity, trust, and a commitment to building homes that foster lasting memories.
Beyond my passion for construction, I'm also a dedicated cyclist, hitting the road whenever I can. It's through my cycling adventures that I've developed a deep appreciation for a challenge, hard work, attention to detail, and the pursuit of excellence – qualities that translate seamlessly into our construction projects.
I'm also fortunate to have two loyal companions, Luci and Mia, my beloved dogs. They bring joy and playfulness to our team and remind us of the importance of a positive work-life balance.

My passion for martial arts has been with me for more than 25 years, becoming a lifestyle rooted in my personal philosophy. This discipline has forged in me a mentality of constant improvement and improvement, facing challenges with determination and focus.
Motivated by my entrepreneurial spirit, I have assumed the role of Technology and Innovation Leader at BLEC Consulting Group. My goal is to fully understand customer needs and find the right technology solutions to drive business growth and success.
